Container Storage

The operation of waste transfer stations would require the use of ISO containers with specialized design for compacting the waste into the container at transfer stations and for disposal of waste at landfill tipping face. Storage of large quantities of spare empty containers at the transfer station would reduce the space which may hinder the operation at the site so it is not recommended.
